Since taking Biotin, my hair has become lively and shiny. Additionally, the pills have completely halted my hair loss! However, my nails do grow quickly, requiring more frequent gel polish applications. I drink biotin annually, and my hair feels thicker.

After giving birth, my hair fell out in large amounts, and I was terrified to comb it. Despite trying various shampoos and sprays without success, I decided to take a high dosage of biotin.
